I recently told my teenaged son that, back when I was his age, I had to get up and turn the TV knob by hand to change channels. He looked at me with an expression that managed to combine pity, disdain, and disbelief. And his horror only worsened when I mentioned that we could choose among only a dozen or so channels. Today, of course, we have countless channels to choose from and we never have to touch a dial to tune them in. But with all that choice comes complexity, including the ability to hook up your computer with your high-def television. To help you navigate the technical issues involved with computer/TV pairing, the PCWorld staff has put together a little article entitled "Connect Your PC to Your HDTV." Read it to get the lowdown on streaming live TV to your PC, and four other common scenarios.
