79,105 readers. That's the number of folks who responded to our survey, fielded in September, asking for feedback on how well tech companies support and service their products. With responses on everything from PCs and laptops to cameras and smartphones, we were blessed with a motherlode of data. Then we went into our cone of silence for several weeks to sift, sort, and analyze the numbers. The resulting article, "The Tech Brands You Can Trust," presents a terrific, statistically based snapshot of how the leading hardware manufacturers stacked up this year. Give it a read. You may want to take these numbers into account the next time you buy your next piece of hardware.
